For listings we coordinate directly with the seller, deliver the job on your schedule, and send before/after photos for your MLS listing. For buyer referrals we handle the discount automatically when they book — nothing for you to manage.

Listing jobs invoice to you, the seller, or through escrow — wherever is easiest. Your 15% partner discount is already applied. Buyer referral discounts are applied at time of booking with no involvement from you.

How quickly can you fit in a listing job?
We work around your timeline. When you reach out as a registered partner we'll find the earliest available slot that works before your photo shoot or open house. Contact us as soon as you know you need us — the more lead time, the better, but we'll do our best whenever you call.
How does billing work for listings?
We can invoice the seller directly, bill through escrow, or send the invoice to you as the agent — whichever is easiest. Just let us know your preference when you refer the job and we'll handle it. Your 15% partner discount is always applied before the invoice goes out.
What if the seller doesn't want to pay for it?
That's actually a common situation. Some agents choose to cover the cost themselves as part of their listing service — the partner discount keeps it affordable. Others negotiate it into the listing agreement or suggest the seller deduct it from proceeds. We're flexible on billing so you can handle it however works best for your client relationship.
Do you provide photos I can use in my MLS listing?
Yes — before and after photos are included at no charge on every partner job. We'll send them to you directly after the service. They're yours to use in MLS listings, marketing materials, or social media however you like.
How do I pass the buyer discount to my clients?
Once you're a registered partner we'll give you a simple referral code or link to share with your buyers at closing. They use it when they book their first service and the 15% discount is automatically applied — no coordination needed on your end. The discount has no expiry so they can use it whenever they're ready.
Is there a minimum number of referrals to stay a partner?
No minimum, no commitment, no pressure. Refer as much or as little as works for you. We'd rather build a genuine relationship with agents who use us when it makes sense than lock anyone into a quota.
