This focus allows us to provide high-quality, specialized soft-wash and pressure washing services at a competitive price for our neighbors.Quote Accuracy: All quotes provided by Gold Coast Hydro Solutions are estimates based on the information submitted in this form. Final pricing may be adjusted upon on-site assessment if actual conditions differ materially from what is described or photographed.Property Access & Responsibility: By submitting this form, you confirm that you are the property owner or an authorized representative and grant Gold Coast Hydro Solutions permission to assess and perform the requested services at the stated address. You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to work areas, including securing pets and removing fragile or valuable items prior to service.Surface Conditions: Gold Coast Hydro Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or conditions present on surfaces prior to service. Pressure washing may reveal or accelerate deterioration on aged, cracked, or compromised surfaces. Any known surface vulnerabilities must be disclosed in the notes section above.Water Usage: Customer is responsible for ensuring an operational outdoor water source is available at the time of service. Gold Coast Hydro Solutions is not responsible for service delays or rescheduling resulting from unavailable water access.HOA & Permit Compliance: Customer is solely responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals or local permits prior to scheduling. Gold Coast Hydro Solutions assumes no liability for violations resulting from failure to obtain required approvals.Cancellation Policy: We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee.Photography & Marketing: Gold Coast Hydro Solutions may take photographs of your property before and/or after service. These photos serve two purposes: (1) to document the condition of surfaces prior to cleaning for verification and liability purposes, and (2) for use in our marketing materials including our website and social media. Photos used for marketing will not include identifiable personal information such as house numbers, street signs, or faces. If you do not wish for your property photos to be used for marketing purposes, please indicate this in the notes section above and we will limit photography to verification use only.Privacy: Your personal information will only be used to contact you regarding your quote and any subsequent services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
