Once signed up, we'll reach out within 24 hours to book your first seasonal visit. We work around your calendar and confirm everything in advance — no chasing us down for a date.

Three weeks before each seasonal window we'll reach out to lock in your date. You don't have to remember anything — we handle the reminders so your property stays on a consistent maintenance cycle.

Add services at any visit
Each Gold Standard visit covers up to 2,500 sq ft. Need more done that day? Add gutter cleaning, window wash, bin cleaning, garage floor — anything on our services list. Member rates apply to all add-ons.

Does the Annual Plan require a full-price first visit?
No. The Annual Plan includes your first visit from day one — the $999 covers all four. The full-price first visit requirement only applies to standard members who haven't prepaid the annual plan.
What exactly is included in each Gold Standard visit?
Each Gold Standard visit covers up to 2,500 sq ft and includes driveway, front walkway, back patio, side walkways, pool surround, eco pre-treatment, soft wash where needed, and landscaping protection. It's our most comprehensive package.
Can I add services on top of each visit?
Yes — add-ons like gutter cleaning, window wash, bin cleaning, and garage floor are available at each visit. As an Annual Plan member, your add-ons are also discounted. We'll always ask what you need before we start.
What happens if I need to skip a season?
Life happens. If you need to skip a season we'll work with you to reschedule within a reasonable window.
