About Our Business: Gold Coast Hydro Solutions is a locally owned and operated residential exterior cleaning specialist. Gold Coast Hydro Solutions is not a licensed contractor and specializes in residential projects with a total cost of less than $1,000 per visit. This focus allows us to provide high-quality, specialized soft-wash and pressure washing services at a competitive price.

Payment & Billing: Submitting this form does not complete your purchase. A $999 invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Your Annual Membership activates once payment is received in full. The $999 covers all three Gold Standard visits (Spring, Fall & Winter) and all included bin cleanings. The only additional charges are optional add-on services you choose at the time of each visit.

No Auto-Renewal: This is a one-time payment. Your membership will not auto-renew, and you will not be charged again without your explicit request. There are no recurring charges of any kind.

Visit Credits: Your three visit credits do not expire. If you need to skip a season, we'll work with you to reschedule within a reasonable window.

Property Access & Responsibility: By submitting this form, you confirm that you are the property owner or an authorized representative and grant Gold Coast Hydro Solutions permission to access and perform services at the stated address. You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to work areas, including securing pets and removing fragile or valuable items prior to each service visit.

Surface Conditions: Gold Coast Hydro Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or conditions present on surfaces prior to service. Pressure washing may reveal or accelerate deterioration on aged, cracked, or compromised surfaces. Any known surface vulnerabilities should be disclosed prior to each visit.

Water Access: You are responsible for ensuring an operational outdoor water source is available at the time of each service. Gold Coast Hydro Solutions is not responsible for delays or rescheduling resulting from unavailable water access.

HOA & Permit Compliance: You are solely responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals or local permits prior to each scheduled visit. Gold Coast Hydro Solutions assumes no liability for violations resulting from failure to obtain required approvals.

Scheduling & Cancellation: We will reach out 3 weeks before each seasonal window to confirm your date. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a confirmed visit. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee.

Photography & Marketing: Gold Coast Hydro Solutions may photograph your property before and after each service for verification and marketing purposes. Marketing photos will not include identifiable personal information such as house numbers or street signs. If you do not wish for your property photos to be used for marketing, please note this in the property notes field above.

Privacy: Your personal information will only be used to contact you regarding your membership and scheduled services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
