About Our Business: Gold Coast Hydro Solutions is a locally owned and operated residential exterior cleaning specialist, fully insured for your peace of mind. Please note: Gold Coast Hydro Solutions is not a licensed contractor and specializes in residential projects with a total cost of less than $1,000. This focus allows us to provide high-quality, specialized soft-wash and pressure washing services at a competitive price.

Quote Accuracy: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information submitted. Final pricing may be adjusted upon on-site assessment if actual conditions differ materially from what is described or photographed.

Property Access & Responsibility: The referring agent confirms that permission has been obtained from the property owner or authorized representative for Gold Coast Hydro Solutions to access and perform services at the property address. The property owner is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to work areas, including securing pets and removing fragile or valuable items prior to service.

Surface Conditions: Gold Coast Hydro Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or conditions present on surfaces prior to service. Pressure washing may reveal or accelerate deterioration on aged, cracked, or compromised surfaces. Any known surface vulnerabilities must be disclosed prior to scheduling.

Water Usage: The property owner is responsible for ensuring an operational outdoor water source is available at the time of service. Gold Coast Hydro Solutions is not responsible for service delays or rescheduling resulting from unavailable water access.

HOA & Permit Compliance: The property owner is solely responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals or local permits prior to scheduling. Gold Coast Hydro Solutions assumes no liability for violations resulting from failure to obtain required approvals.

Cancellation Policy: We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee.

Photography & Marketing: Gold Coast Hydro Solutions will photograph properties before and after service for verification and marketing purposes. Before/after photos will be provided to the referring agent for MLS use. Marketing photos will not include identifiable personal information such as house numbers, street signs, or faces. If the property owner does not wish for photos to be used in marketing, this must be noted when the job is referred.

Partner Discount: The 15% partner discount applies to all referred services. The discount is applied at time of invoicing and does not apply retroactively to jobs completed before partner registration is confirmed.

No Minimum Referrals: There is no minimum referral requirement to maintain partner status.

Privacy: Your contact information will only be used to manage your partner relationship with Gold Coast Hydro Solutions. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

I understand that Gold Coast Hydro Solutions is a locally owned and operated residential exterior cleaning specialist, fully insured, and not a licensed contractor. Services are limited to residential projects under $1,000 per job.
